Job summary

Avanade Portugal is seeking a CRM Solution Architect (Manager) to design and implement CRM solutions across client projects. You will lead delivery teams, plan, build, test, and maintain CRM systems, and mentor teams through complex Dynamics 365 implementations.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, broad CRM expertise, and experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams within a Microsoft-focused ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Leading projects requiring significant coordination and stakeholder management.
• Working with D365 Customer Engagement as a technical and/or functional leader.
• Hands-on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions for customers across industries.
• Experience in reviewing team work across all project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test).
• Designed conceptual architecture and solutions for large-scale Dynamics 365 projects.
• At least five full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Establish global CRM architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines.
• Support the sales team in crafting deals with accountability for overall estimates.
• Recommend the right CRM solutions for clients’ needs.
• Guide project teams, track milestones, coordinate actions and reports.
• Use AI to optimize CRM solutions and define training programs for new roles.
• Grow professional networks and engage in industry learning.
