Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking a CRM Solution Architect (Manager) to design and implement CRM solutions across all project phases. You will lead delivery teams, engage with clients, and guide architecture decisions using extensive Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience.

You will drive project success, mentor teams, and contribute to ongoing personal development within Avanade's Microsoft partnership.

Qualifications

• Leading projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in D365 Customer Engagement as leader.
• Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform deployments.
• Five full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing on/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish global CRM architecture across functions.
• Support sales with deal crafting and estimates.
• Recommend CRM solutions to client needs.
• Guide project team and track progress.
• Define metrics for CRM performance.
• Leverage AI to optimize business solutions.
• Prepare clients for CRM adoption with training.
