ADENTIS Portugal seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 professional to lead D365 development within agile teams. You will drive architecture, oversee design and demos, and ensure alignment with business goals while mentoring developers.

The role requires 5+ years in D365, Power Platform proficiency, and strong leadership with a focus on scalable architectures. Office attendance once per week is expected as part of the hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in D365 development or related
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proven Tech Lead experience guiding dev teams
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures for Dynamics 365
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices
• Willingness to work from office once a week

Responsabilidades

• Define Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements for D365 solutions
• Research latest D365 configurations and bring into live use
• Develop design specifications and demos of the solution
• Collaborate with customers to establish high-level solution and architecture
• Work with agile teams to implement the solution
• Lead the technical team, providing guidance and mentoring
• Enforce coding standards for quality, security, and scalability
• Align technical decisions with business goals and long-term strategy
• Drive architectural improvements to optimize performance and maintainability
