WPP Enterprise Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a CRM Technical Developer to join our CRM & Loyalty team. You will develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud assets and support enterprise client accounts with hands-on technical work.

You will build CRM campaigns, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with account and content teams to optimise performance and outcomes for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Solid experience in HTML and CSS applied to CRM/email marketing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required).
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients, in an agency or client-side environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CRM platform assets in HTML and CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build and implement technical CRM campaigns (email, automation), ensuring delivery against the client’s calendar.
• Provide direct technical support to the client account, resolving issues and delivering optimisations beyond standard scope when needed.
• Collaborate with account and content teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
