Bekaert is searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Advanced Digital Services team in Lisbon. This strategic role will drive value through CRM, Marketing platforms, and enhance customer experiences across product tracks.

The ideal candidate must have 8 to 10 years of experience in digital product development with a strong focus on CRM and eCommerce capabilities. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and stakeholder management is crucial for success in this position.

Qualificações

• 8 to 10 years of experience with CRM, B2B and/or B2C digital product development.
• Strong experience partnering with Business Leaders and Product Owners.
• Customer-centric approach with a proven track record in digital use case development.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the Digital Customer and Commercial roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Lead process design for complex integrations between systems.
