Mastercard is seeking a Product Management - CRM Specialist to drive customer engagement for the Business Intelligence platform. You will manage email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and reporting, coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize communications and adoption.

The role requires CRM and digital marketing experience, strong copywriting, and the ability to analyze performance data.

Qualificações

• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, customer engagement, communications.
• Experience executing email campaigns and supporting webinar programs.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot is a plus.
• Strong copywriting, organization, and data reporting skills.
• Fluent English; Portuguese, Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build, execute, and maintain email campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
• Coordinate and host customer webinars, including setup, promotions, registration, and follow-up.
• Track and report on campaign and webinar performance metrics and identify trends.
• Gather and organize customer feedback to improve programs.
• Maintain CRM databases, audience lists, calendars, and dashboards.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
