Hexa People in Lisbon is seeking a CRM Campaign Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, from brief analysis to optimization, across channels.

You will collaborate with marketing, data, business and technology teams, support CRM platform users, and help develop junior team members while improving processes and platform usage.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 or higher).
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on with CRM/campaign-management platforms and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

You will coordinate the complete CRM campaign lifecycle—from brief analysis and audience segmentation to campaign configuration, quality assurance, launch, reporting, and optimization.

You will work closely with marketing, communication, data, business, and technology teams. You will also support CRM platform users, help develop junior team members, and contribute to improving campaign processes and platform usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards across all channels.
• Translate campaign briefs into actionable plans, coordinating stakeholders and clarifying requirements.
• Build and manage audience segmentation, targeting rules, and personalized campaign journeys.
• Configure, test, and deploy campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Fluency in both French and English (C1 level or above) is mandatory.
• Must be based in Lisbon (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM or campaign-management platforms and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
