Adecco Recursos Humanos in Lisbon is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist (French Speaker) to manage end-to-end CRM campaigns, build audience segments, and launch omnichannel communications across email, SMS and push notifications in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will analyze performance metrics, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness while promoting best practices and a data-driven approach.

Qualificações

• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, and campaign management.
• Fluent English and French (C1+).
• Hands-on with major CRM platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Imagino.
• Strong data analysis and campaign metrics experience.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns with briefing to execution and performance analysis.
• Build advanced audience segmentation to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
• Configure and launch customer communications across multiple channels, including email, SMS and push notifications.
• Coordinate campaign assets, approvals and delivery timelines to ensure high-quality execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and transform data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, workflows and platform capabilities.
• Support and train CRM platform users while promoting best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver engaging and effective customer journeys.
