Hexa People in Lisbon is seeking an experienced CRM marketer to coordinate the full lifecycle of campaigns—from brief analysis and audience segmentation to deployment, reporting and optimization.

You will collaborate with marketing, data, business and technology teams, support platform users and help develop junior team members, while driving process improvements and better platform usage. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Fluency in French and English (C1 or higher) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive improvements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards across channels.
• Translate briefs into actionable plans, coordinating stakeholders and clarifying requirements.
• Build audience segmentation, targeting rules, and personalized campaign journeys.
• Configure, test, and deploy campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
