Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with databases, APIs, and distributed systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stability and performance of CRM/CLM platforms.
• Provide Level 2 support for CRM/CLM applications.
• Conduct incident analysis and coordinate with Level 3 or vendors.
