Richemont is looking for a motivated IT Specialist to join our Source Product team in Lisboa, Portugal. In this critical role, you will manage the configuration and administration of the Sirion CLM platform. Your focus will be on ensuring that the platform serves the needs of business stakeholders while facilitating continuous improvement.

You will also provide technical support and training to users, ensuring effective platform adoption. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CLM SaaS tools, good problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with CLM SaaS tools like Sirion, Icertis, and Conga.
• Experience in Agile methodologies focused on continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the Sirion CLM platform, user management, security, and workflow.
• Gather user feedback to enhance platform features.
• Provide level-3 technical support and training materials.
