A leading company in the mobility sector is seeking a Clerk for Credit Card (m/f/d) – English Speaker to manage Accounts Receivable activities. The role involves processing charges, coordinating with collections, and ensuring accurate cash application for customers and business partners.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, basic accounting experience, and familiarity with Oracle Financial Applications, plus knowledge of International Accounting Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable processes.
• Coordinate with Collection teams for customer debts and cash application.
• Monitor customer billing balances and escalate overdue accounts as needed.
• Process credit card charges and refunds; ensure proper allocation of payments.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and data accuracy.
