Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a proactive SSC AR Collections Clerk to join the Billing team within Finance. You will focus on collecting overdue funds, manage customer communications, and support AR processes with growing autonomy.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Business background or is pursuing relevant qualifications, with experience in AR/collections and familiarity with Oracle. Strong Excel and English communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration, or currently pursuing a relevant qualification.
• AR or Collections experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle Financial Applications is advantageous.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Stratify collection activities to maximize cash receipts
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for nonpayment
• Issue payment commitment letters
• Issue credit hold notifications
• Coordinate customer credit changes
• Process small claims court complaints
• Maintain accurate records about the customer payment status

Ideal Experience
