Jobtailor is seeking a Customer Service professional to be the primary contact for clients and partners, delivering excellent service by phone, email and post. You will receive, process and close service requests, and prepare documentation to resolve client queries.

The role involves managing contract terminations, amendments and assignments, handling balance confirmations and invoices, and supporting process improvements with suppliers and resellers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management, or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to work with MS Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation and service quality focus.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and ability to work under pressure.
• Disciplined, methodical and organised with a strong work ethic.
• Team player who can handle multiple interlocutors and adapt to IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• The Customer Service team is the first point of contact for clients and partners via phone, post, and e-mail.
• Receive, process, monitor and close service requests received by phone, email or post.
• Prepare documentation to resolve client queries and requests.
• Prepare and process early contract terminations, amendments and assignments/subrogations.
• Manage and send balance confirmations, payment plans and invoices.
• Provide customer support while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
