TeamViewer GmbH is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help a diverse range of customers, delivering an outstanding experience across technical and accounting inquiries. You will respond via phone, email, and ticket system, and tailor solutions while demonstrating software to prospects.

Ideal candidates have a degree in economics or related vocational training, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• University degree in economics or related vocational training.
• Fluency in Dutch and English mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Windows/Mac knowledge desirable.
• Experience in customer support or sales, including internships.
• Strong multi-tasking, flexibility and stress resistance.
• Independent work ethic and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support existing customers with technical and accounting issues over the phone and email.
• Answer inquiries via ticket system and support chat.
• Prepare offers for prospective customers and tailor solutions.
• Demonstrate software solutions via online demos showing IT challenges.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Conhecimentos

Fluency in Dutch and English
