Concentrix is seeking a Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) to support our client’s social media guidelines and service improvements. You will review content, enforce policies, and contribute to ongoing quality enhancements across multiple campaigns.

Requirements include fluency in Spanish and English, a college degree or equivalent, and willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts. The role offers paid training, central Lisbon location, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) with strong written and verbal skills.
• College degree or equivalent diploma required.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and online moderation.
• Experience in a moderation service industry preferred.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Familiarity with social media products and basic digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within agreed latency SLAs and quality standards.
• Address reported issues within defined turnaround times and quality expectations.
• Escalate issues to the client per MSA and SOW knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce platform policies consistently.
• Apply guidelines across diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.

What You Will Do In This Role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality
• Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Spanish (C1)
• Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)
• Have minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma
• Have strong understanding of e-commerce
• Have experience working with moderation service industry
• Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Have strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
• Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
