Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Content Moderator (German-speaking) to support our client's social platform from Porto, on-site. You will review and moderate content, ensuring compliance with guidelines and contributing to an improved user experience.

The role requires German (C1) and English (B2) fluency, plus at least 6 months of relevant experience and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and opportunities for career growth are highlighted.

Responsabilidades

• From the start, actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve user experience.

• Serve as a moderation hub between users, applying guidelines with nuanced policies.

What You Will Do In This Role

• From the beginning, you will take an active role in continuously seeking for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience;
• Review, audit and moderate contents from the end customer and copyright;
• Take an active role in reviewing user behaviors as well as ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas;
• Analyse reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions as starting point, maintaining a high level of quality in each report;
• Be a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying our guidelines with reference to nuanced and context-dependent policies in an evolving environment;
• Make autonomous decisions against challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or business-critical nature.

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent, both, verbal and written in German (C1)
• Are fluent, both, verbal and written in English (B2)
• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields
• Have a strong customer service oriented skills
• Have high tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
• Have the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
