JoB Training & Coaching is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an on-site role in Portugal, with a comprehensive relocation package including housing, documentation help, and logistical support. You will assist French- and English-speaking users face-to-face, by phone, and via digital tools, ensuring a high standard of service and user satisfaction.

The position requires excellent communication, empathy, and an organized approach to problem solving, with training provided on internal systems

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome users in person, by phone, or digitally and provide complete, professional assistance.
• Analyze requests and resolve daily issues with timing and accuracy.
• Manage user files and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality.
