You will handle inquiries across channels, provide accurate information, and strive for first-contact resolution while upholding quality standards.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (advanced/native) and strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, live chat, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and aim for first-contact resolution.
• Document interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate to improve customer experience and service quality.
• Collaborate with team leaders and participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews.
