Job summary

Siemens Global Business Services is hiring an Internal Communications Manager (English speaker) to lead cross-team communications within the IT Unit. You will coordinate messaging for IT services, craft clear content, and drive engagement across stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, event management, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with storytelling, copywriting, and presentation abilities.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with ability to align different teams and influence without direct authority.
• Ability to translate complex IT or organizational topics into simple, engaging messages.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset, with ability to manage multiple topics and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications across IT services and initiatives.
• Work with service owners, managers, leaders, and experts to develop clear and engaging messages.
• Gather communication needs, align topics, and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
• Plan and coordinate engagement formats such as All Hands meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, leadership updates, and community initiatives.
• Support speakers and presenters in improving storytelling, structure, and audience engagement.
• Create and publish newsletters, articles, campaigns, organizational updates, social media content, SharePoint content, and presentations.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, video concepts, graphic design, and visual communication assets.
• Build strong relationships and foster collaboration, transparency, and engagement across the IT Unit.

Your mission will be…

• Work with service owners, managers, leaders, and experts to develop clear and engaging messages;
• Gather communication needs, align topics, and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact;
• Plan and coordinate engagement formats such as All Hands meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, leadership updates, and community initiatives;
• Support speakers and presenters in improving storytelling, structure, and audience engagement;

We are looking for someone with…

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align different teams and influence without direct authority;
• Confidence using AI-enabled tools for content, video, visual communication, and graphic creation;
• Ability to translate complex IT or organizational topics into simple, engaging messages for different audiences;
• A proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple topics and deadlines;
• Experience in IT, digitalization, transformation, or matrix environments is a plus;
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for employee engagement, community building, and meaningful communication.
