Siemens Global Business Services is seeking a Communications Specialist – English Speaker to oversee messaging across IT services, coordinating with owners, managers and experts to deliver clear content. The role emphasizes engaging employees, organizing events, and leveraging AI tools for content creation.

The position is hybrid in Amadora, Portugal, offering opportunities to shape communications across the IT unit and drive employee engagement in a diverse, global tech environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in communications or related field required.
• Strong written and verbal English skills essential.
• Experience in internal/external communications or employee engagement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate communications across IT services, initiatives, and stakeholder groups.
• Work with service owners, managers, leaders, and experts to develop clear messages.
• Gather needs, align topics, and refine content for clarity and impact.
• Plan engagement formats like All Hands, knowledge-sharing sessions, and leadership updates.
• Support speakers to improve storytelling, structure, and audience engagement.
• Create and publish newsletters, articles, campaigns, updates, social content, and presentations.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, video concepts, and visual assets.
• Build relationships and foster collaboration across the IT Unit.

• Gather communication needs, align topics, and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact;


• Plan and coordinate engagement formats such as All Hands meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, leadership updates, and community initiatives;


• Support speakers and presenters in improving storytelling, structure, and audience engagement;


• Create and publish newsletters, articles, campaigns, organizational updates, social media content, SharePoint content, and presentations;


• Use AI tools to support content creation, video concepts, graphic design, and visual communication assets;


• Build strong relationships and foster collaboration, transparency, and engagement across the IT Unit.
