Job summary

much. Consulting is seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager to own the sales pipeline for Managed Services, including customer support and subscriptions. You will pursue renewals, upsell opportunities, and build compelling sales materials with marketing to accelerate growth.

Fluent English and German are required, with a relevant university degree and 2+ years in CS, account management or B2B sales. You’ll join an international team that values flexible, results-driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B Sales; IT/software/ERP sector preferred.
• Sales-driven with ability to pitch solutions and close deals.
• Proactive, self-learner with pipeline ownership and quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Own the whole sales pipeline of Managed Services (support, hosting, BI & other subscriptions).
• Ensure renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow the pipeline.
• Develop slide decks and sales materials with marketing to accelerate sales processes.
• Collect client feedback and translate it into actionable improvements and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
