Job summary

Check Point Software is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Tier 2-3 to join the Exposure Management team in Lisbon. You will troubleshoot complex cloud SaaS issues and coordinate with customers and developers to improve the product.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, respond to support requests within SLA, and contribute to strengthening external threat remediation capabilities using AI-driven security solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud SaaS Platform Tier 2 or 3 Technical Support.
• Experience working with external customers and leading live troubleshooting sessions.
• Experience in Cloud & SaaS environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging distributed systems.
• Experience writing scripts in Bash/Python.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• Experience using AI-assisted tools.
• Multitasker, hands-on problem-solver, and process-oriented.
• Team player eager to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues on complex cloud SaaS systems.
• Establish and lead support know-how, issue resolution capabilities and customer problem solving.
• Collaborate with external customers and respond to tickets/escalations within SLA.
• Work with development and cyber teams to achieve company goals.
