team.it is seeking a Senior AI Security Engineer to lead secure design and risk management for enterprise AI initiatives in Lisbon. You will partner with engineering, product, and security to embed security across AI use cases, platforms, and integrations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IT security, strong Cloud Security, IAM, and Secure SDLC expertise, plus hands-on AWS/Azure experience. Fluent English is required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IT and cyber security, including large-scale transformation, digital, cloud, or platform initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Cloud Security, IAM, application security, and Secure SDLC practices.
• Hands-on experience securing cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML Security and Agentic AI Security, including prompt injection, data leakage, and model risks.
• Familiarity with OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.
• Experience with Threat Modeling, security risk assessments, and architecture reviews for distributed and cloud-native systems.

Responsabilidades

• Embed security by design across AI use cases, platforms, and integrations.
• Translate security policies into practical controls for AI engineering and product teams.
• Conduct security reviews, drive remediation, and close gaps or compliance deviations.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific threats like prompt injection and data leakage.
• Support onboarding and integration of external AI vendors and APIs while ensuring compliance.
• Strengthen AI incident response through detection, logging, and playbooks.
• Promote secure AI delivery at scale with reusable frameworks and knowledge sharing.
