act digital is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to ensure production stability and automation across large-scale, business-critical applications. You will collaborate with Agile teams to design production-ready solutions and drive deployment readiness for both production and non-production environments.

The role requires strong experience with Linux/Windows, Docker and OpenShift, and hands-on use of Elastic, Grafana, and Dynatrace for monitoring and observability.

Qualificações

3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or DevOps.
Solid understanding of Production Operations and Infrastructure.
Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
Strong knowledge of Docker, OpenShift, Elastic, Grafana, Dynatrace.
Familiarity with DevOps toolchain: GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with Agile teams to design production‑ready technical solutions.
Integrate infrastructure, production, and security requirements into product delivery.
Drive deployment readiness and ensure stable Production and Non-Production environments.
Implement monitoring, observability, and operational best practices.
Support automation and performance optimization initiatives.
