act digital is hiring a Senior Application Production Support professional to join a reference banking project in Lisbon. You will be part of an application support team handling incidents, service requests, and on-call rotations, with a focus on service improvements and DR/Live Play activities.

The ideal candidate has strong core banking operations knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux, PL/SQL, Dynatrace, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation using Ansible and Terraform.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of IT Operations or Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years hands-on with a cloud provider (IBM/AWS/Azure/Google).
• 2+ years hands-on with Ansible/Docker.
• RH294 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Automation with Ansible.
• DO374 Developing Advanced Automation with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incidents, service requests, and support activities in shifts and on-call rotations.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and DR/Live Play activities.
• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts for provisioning and deployments.
• Containerize legacy applications and automate provisioning and deployments.
• Train and mentor other Ops profiles on Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.

act digital is looking for a Senior Application Production Support professional to join a reference project in the banking sector.

You'll be part of an application support team, responsible for handling incidents, service requests, and support activities, working in shifts and on-call rotations. You'll also play an active role in service improvement initiatives and support the bank's DR/Live Play activities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of core banking operations, solid troubleshooting skills, and experience with L1/L2 support in a banking environment, with expertise in Linux, PL/SQL, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.

• Build and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform scripts to automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments
• Work on containerization of legacy applications
• Assist and train other Ops profiles on Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Provisioning, Configuration, Deployment, and Disaster Recovery
• Strong knowledge of Linux platform and CLI
• PL/SQL and Dynatrace
• Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python and/or Bash preferred)
• Good understanding of Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins, Travis, Concourse, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform)
• Solid experience with public cloud environments (IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving approach
• Good written and oral communication skills
• High level of persistence, can-do attitude, and proactiveness
