Job summary

InnoTech in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Cloud & Identity Engineer to own hybrid identity and access management. You will administer Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and on‑prem AD, ensuring secure, compliant user authentication across cloud and on‑prem systems.

You will implement and enforce Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, and PIM, monitor identity governance, and support security operations in Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Entra ID and IAM controls.
• Hybrid identity and cloud-on-premises integration experience.
• Security-focused mindset aligned with governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, managing users, groups, app registrations, and enterprise applications.
• Implement and manage identity security policies, including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, PIM.
• Maintain hybrid identity environments, integrating on-premises Active Directory with cloud-based services and managing access reviews.
• Administer Exchange Online and hybrid messaging environments, handling mailbox configurations, mail flow, policies, and troubleshooting.
• Support cloud identity and security operations across Azure and AWS, contributing to compliance, governance, and the continuous improvement of access management practices.

Your Mission Will Be

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, managing users, groups, application registrations, and enterprise applications;
• Implement and manage identity security policies, including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, PIM, and privileged access controls;
• Maintain hybrid identity environments, integrating on-premises Active Directory with cloud-based services and managing access reviews;
• Administer Exchange Online and hybrid messaging environments, handling mailbox configurations, mail flow, policies, and troubleshooting;
• Support cloud identity and security operations across Azure and AWS, contributing to compliance, governance, and the continuous improvement of access management practices.

You Will Need

• Proven experience implementing and managing Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, and RBAC solutions;
• Solid experience with AWS, Exchange Online, and on-premises Active Directory in hybrid environments;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Power BI, particularly in governance and workspace management;
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), security, compliance, and related best practices, with hands-on experience setting up and configuring solutions;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience managing identity governance, access lifecycle processes, and privileged identity environments;
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive and security-oriented mindset.
