Job summary

Clariness GmbH in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a freelance Medical Customer Service Representative to support patients by phone and email, helping doctors and patients connect and navigate the screening process.

You will screen patients, act as contact person, and provide first-class service, with morning, noon, afternoon or evening shifts as needed.

You should speak native Portuguese and English, have a medical background, and prior call center experience.

Qualifications

• Portuguese (native) and English (fluent) required.
• Background as Nurse, CRA, or medical professional.
• Experience handling customers’ requests by phone and email.
• Well-organized and confident communicator with a focus on first-class service.
• Willing to work morning, noon, afternoon and evening shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clariness GmbH as the patient contact.
• Screen patients (no sales calls) and provide pure customer service.
• Coordinate to help doctors and patients connect with each other.
