Clariness is seeking a freelance/project-based representative to manage clinical trial sites and ensure patient recruitment.

You will screen patients, provide first-class service by phone and email, and connect doctors with patients to enable smooth study participation.

Qualifications

• Mother tongue Portuguese and fluent English.
• Background as a Nurse, CRA, or in a medical role.
• Experience calling patients and handling requests via phone and email.
• Understanding of medical topics.
• Experience in customer service via phone/email; call center experience preferred.
• Well-organized and confident communicator delivering first-class service.
• Available to work mornings, midday, afternoons and possibly evenings.

Responsabilités

• Help doctors and patients connect with each other as part of the team.

Your responsibilities:

• Representing our company by being the contact person for our patients.
• Screening patients (no sales calls, pure customer service).
• Being part of the team, where your main task is to help doctors and patients to connect with each other.
  
  

Your profile:

• You speak Portuguese (mother-tongue) and English.
• You have worked as a Nurse, CRA, or a position in the medical field.
• You might need to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• You have an understanding of medical topics.
• You have initial experience in handling customers' requests via phone and email, ideally, you have even already worked in a Call Center before.
• You are well-organized and a confident communicator with the desire to provide a first-class service to customers.
• You can work in the morning, noon, afternoon and if necessary evening time.
