Qualifications

• Portuguese (native) and English proficiency.
• Experience as Nurse, CRA, or in a medical field.
• Ability to call patients and follow a strict screener.
• Understanding of medical topics.
• Initial experience handling customers’ requests via phone and email; call center experience preferred.
• Well-organized and confident communicator delivering first-class service.
• Available to work morning, noon, afternoon and possibly evening.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the contact for patients.
• Screen patients; no sales calls; provide customer service.
• Assist doctors and patients to connect with each other.
