IQVIA Lisbon is seeking a Tech Systems/Support Analyst to provide first-level technical support to Clinical Trials personnel. The role offers remote work from Lisbon, full-time commitment, and exposure to a broad range of IT challenges and healthcare data environments.

The ideal candidate will have two language proficiencies, an associate degree in CS or equivalent, and at least one year in a related role. You will document issues, troubleshoot routine problems, and escalate complex cases as

Qualificações

• Native Dutch and proficient English language skills.
• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Familiarity with mainframe, distributed systems, PC LAN or telecom equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Clarify requirements with end users and document details.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex ones appropriately.
• Log call data in the database and track resolutions.
• Assist with configuration and installation of PC hardware and software.
