The candidate will handle routine issues, document calls, and may coordinate PC hardware/software configurations. A French native and English-proficient professional with an Associate's degree in CS and relevant experience is sought.

Qualificações

• French native speaker.
• English proficient.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• One (1) year related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with mainframe, distributed, PC, LAN, or telecommunications equipment and related components to understand client's needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provides first-level support for technical assistance and resources from customers.
• Clarifies and defines requirements with end users.
• Resolves routine problems and escalates complex issues to the appropriate area.
• Maintains call information in database using commercial software.
• May work with monthly charge back reports.
• May schedule configuration and installation of PC workstation hardware and software.
