greenmetrics.ai, a Lisbon-based startup focused on climate adaptation, is seeking an Account Executive to own the expansion across the Iberian market and support entry into Latin American markets (e.g., Mexico). You will promote climate adaptation solutions to high-level stakeholders, from Civil Protection Directors to Mayors, and lead complex negotiations with both public and private decision-makers.

You will spend substantial time in the field across Portugal and Spain, travel as needed to

Qualificações

• 2+ years in commercial or business development roles, preferably SaaS/Engineers
• Proven success closing B2B consultative sales with multi-stakeholder procurement
• STEM background preferred; comfortable discussing data analytics and technical requirements
• Excellent public speaking and persuasive skills; ability to simplify complex concepts into a business case
• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced Spanish essential for core markets
• Willingness to travel extensively; full driving license required

Responsabilidades

• Own the full commercial cycle in Portugal and Spain from opportunity identification to contract
• Drive international growth by adapting commercial strategy for new territories
• Lead high-stakes in-person presentations and negotiations with public and private decision-makers
• Spend significant time in the field across Portugal and Spain, with potential Latin America travel
• Improve sales processes and provide actionable insights to CRO through pipeline reporting
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science teams to evolve solutions with market needs
