proSapient is seeking an Associate to rapidly connect clients with top industry experts worldwide. After training, you will develop skills in communication, sales, project management, and negotiation while handling briefs, sourcing experts, and maintaining strong client interactions.

The role operates in a fast-paced environment with an uncapped commission potential, offering hybrid work (up to 3 days in the office) and remote work up to 20 days annually.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in English and speak at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client briefs and conduct initial industry research.
• Source experts globally using AI platform and professional networks.
• Engage with experts via calls, emails, and messages and assess fit for briefs.
• Manage projects with the team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
