Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Client Partner for the Industry & Manufacturing sector in Portugal to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with strategic clients. Qualificações

• Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Partner, Sales Management, or similar leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Industry & Manufacturing business strategy within your market perimeter.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Manufacturing, Automotive, Railway, Industrial Equipment, and related sectors.
• Develop and implement 1-to-3-year account plans aligned with client priorities and Capgemini Engineering's growth ambitions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts.
• Lead commercial activities, including account planning, opportunity management, contract negotiations, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Own account performance and profitability, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and margin achievement.
• Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, and operational teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
• Understand industry challenges and market trends to position Capgemini Engineering as a strategic partner in engineering, manufacturing, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to the continued expansion of Capgemini Engineering's Industry & Manufacturing footprint in Portugal.
