Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a Client Partner for the Industry & Manufacturing sector in Portugal to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor, develop long-term partnerships, and identify transformation opportunities while delivering engineering and digital services.

You will lead account planning, identify new business opportunities, manage contracts, and forecast business performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, account management, client partner, sales management, or similar leadership roles within Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, or Railway sectors.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Industry & Manufacturing business strategy within market perimeter.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients across Manufacturing, Automotive, Railway, Industrial Equipment sectors.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing client accounts.
• Lead account planning, opportunity management, contract negotiations, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
