A Quadrante, uma organização global com mais de 1300 profissionais, procura um Client Manager para a Coordination department, com base no escritório de Alfragide. O objetivo é fortalecer a Unidade de Negócio Industrial em projetos nacionais e internacionais.

Você será responsável por gerir contratos de desenvolvimento de projetos end-to-end, identificar oportunidades e manter relações de confiança com investidores, autoridades, designers e empreiteiros.

Qualificações

• Graduação e/ou Mestrado em Engenharia Civil ou Mecânica.
• Proficiente em Português e Inglês (obrigatório).
• Experiência e formação em gestão de projetos.
• Experiência anterior em desenvolvimento de negócios (obrigatório).
• Experiência com clientes no setor industrial (fábricas, combustíveis verdes, mineração ou transição energética).

Responsabilidades

• Gerir contratos de desenvolvimento de projetos end-to-end na Unidade de Negócio Industrial.
• Identificar e perseguir novas oportunidades de negócio para implementação e gestão de projetos de engenharia.
• Estabelecer e manter relações de confiança com investidores, autoridades de licenciamento, designers e empreiteiros.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager for the Coordination department, based at our Alfragide office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project development contracts within the Industry Business Unit
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the implementation and management of engineering projects
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders - investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors

Profile:

• Degree and/or Master's in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Professional experience and training in project management
• Previous experience in business development (mandatory)
• Experience working with clients in the industrial sector, particularly in factories, green fuels, mining, or energy transition projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proactive and creative mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
