Responsabilidades incluem gerir uma carteira de clientes, responsabilizar-se por contratos de desenvolvimento e impulsionar oportunidades de negócio, mantendo relações com investidores, autoridades de licenciamento e profissionais do

Qualificações

• Licenciatura em Arquitetura ou Engenharia (requisito obrigatório).
• Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em funções similares.
• Experiência e formação em gestão de projetos.
• Capacidade comprovada de construir e gerir relações com clientes.
• Alto grau de proatividade e criatividade.
• Forte capacidade analítica.
• Experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios (preferencial).
• Inglês avançado (obrigatório).

Responsabilidades

• Gerir e desenvolver uma carteira de clientes, assegurando relações de longo prazo e satisfação do cliente.
• Gerir contratos de projeto de desenvolvimento end-to-end dentro da Unidade de Negócios.
• Impulsionar o negócio nesta área ao identificar ativamente oportunidades de implementação de projetos.
• Construir e manter relações de confiança com diversas partes interessadas – investidores, autorizações, designers e empreiteiros.

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager, based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction;
• Manage (end-to-end) development project contracts within the Business Unit;
• Drive businessgrowth in this area by actively identifying opportunities for project implementation management;
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with various stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors.

Profile:

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering (mandatory requirement);
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles;
• Experience andtraining in project management;
• Proven abilityto build and manage strong client relationships;
• High level of proactivity and creativity;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience in business development (preferred);
• Advancedlevelof English (mandatory).
