The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT and at least two years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and can work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
