You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install hardware/software, maintain records, and train clients on various programs and systems, collaborating with IT colleagues on complex

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, antivirus programs, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client inquiries regarding computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, printers, and other devices.
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
