ForceShield in Lisbon is seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen. You will oversee culinary operations, design menus, and ensure guests receive exceptional dishes in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong English communication, and a passion for Portuguese-influenced international cuisine. You will mentor staff, manage food safety, and optimize costs while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with focus on Portuguese dishes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
• Create and execute new menu items taking into consideration food cost and seasonal ingredients.
• Train supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team in Lisbon As the head chef of our restaurant you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations creating and executing new menu items and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our guests

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Portuguese dishes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Excellent communication skills in English Portuguese is a plus
• Good understanding of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures
• Creativity and passion for creating unique and delicious dishes

Salary 1400$ per month negotiable based on experience
