Jobtailor in Lisbon is seeking a proactive professional to support transformation initiatives, map and document processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will work with cross-functional teams, utilize Microsoft 365 and process management tools, and help publish governance materials, dashboards, and reports to enable decision-making. This is a hands-on role with room to grow.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, Economics, or similar fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management, process management, consulting, transformation, or continuous improvement.
• Interest and aptitude for digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, PM tools, process management, or automation).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and information-structuring skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support identification, prioritization, and execution of transformation initiatives.
• Analyze, map, model, and document business processes using best practices.
• Identify improvement and automation opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Support development and governance documentation and process manuals.
• Maintain centralized process repository for accuracy and access.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements.
• Assist planning, monitoring, and reporting of transformation roadmaps, risks, and KPIs.
• Promote adoption of process management methodologies and digital tools.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and communications to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
