Hiscox in Lisbon seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic, digital and operational change across Europe. You will coordinate with the European Change Team, IT, and business functions to deliver large transformation programmes and ensure benefits realization.

Key tasks include governance design, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects meet goals within budget and timelines. Fluency in English is mandatory; experience across regulatory change and multicultural teams is valued.

Qualificações

• Masters degree in Management, Economics or Engineering.
• At least 3 years in strategic or operational consulting with digital/regulatory change.
• Experience with regulatory change in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-country projects and agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as linking pin between European business and IT groups.
• Develop and execute project plans with resources and dependencies.
• Apply European project governance and design/optimize it.
• Support or lead delivery against goals, timelines and budget.
• Coordinate project team and support business analysts and SMEs.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders across Europe, IT and Group.
