AstraZeneca in Lisbon seeks a Change Manager to lead the people side of the GBS transformation, shaping the change strategy across the portfolio and ensuring teams are prepared, engaged, and empowered to adopt new ways of working.

The role partners with Technology, Data & AI, HR, and GBS Operations to build ownership, remove barriers, and embed durable change into business-as-usual, with adoption metrics linked to the 2030 objective of reducing 50% of manual work.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading change management across large-scale transformation.
• Expertise in Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent change methodologies.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new technology and ways of working across multiple teams and geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, including at senior levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous transformation environments.
• Ability to lead through change with positivity, credibility, and resilience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead the change management strategy across the transformation portfolio, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
• Assess change impacts, develop readiness plans, and support lighthouse initiatives and AI Factory deployments to sustained adoption.
• Partner with GBS process owners, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Data & AI, HR, and GBS Operations to build ownership and remove barriers.
• Translate complex transformation into clear narratives for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
• Design and deliver training and upskilling to enable effective collaboration with agents, assistants, and automations.
