Convatec is seeking a Transformation and Change Manager to plan and execute change initiatives across the organization, ensuring processes are understood and adopted by colleagues. You will oversee communications, training development, and execution, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to foster continuous improvement and adaptability.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience as Change Manager on large-scale projects in global organisations.
• Experience with organisational design and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with strategic thinking and methodical execution.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement change management plans; tailor interactions with senior stakeholders and operators.
• Engage and influence stakeholders; act as trusted advisor to project teams.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Identify risks to adoption and delivery; track mitigation execution.
• Design and implement effective communications; create newsletters, presentations, FAQs, intranet content.
• Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs; deliver e-learning modules and workshops.
• Define KPIs for adoption and training effectiveness; report progress to leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices.
