Empa-T is seeking a Change Management Consultant to drive user adoption of Google Workspace across a large-scale transformation. You will work with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to implement effective change strategies and enable a smooth transition to Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Editors.

You will design and execute communications, training, and engagement plans, monitor adoption, and mitigate risks while collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful

Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing technical consulting.
• Experience in Change Management within digital transformation projects.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace implementations is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Editors.
• Experience developing and executing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing organizational change and driving user adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan aligned with the overall Google Workspace project roadmap.
• Assess organizational impacts and identify change requirements across the business.
• Communicate change initiatives effectively to stakeholders and gain alignment and buy-in.
• Define and implement communication, engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Manage the rollout of new processes and systems associated with Google Workspace.
• Design and deliver training programs and enablement sessions for end-users.
• Monitor user adoption and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and users, adjusting the strategy when required.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to change adoption and business readiness.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the transformation process.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

About the Role

As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a key role in driving user adoption and organizational readiness throughout the Google Workspace implementation journey.

You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to develop and execute change management strategies that support a smooth transition to new tools and processes.
