Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Slot Manager to supervise the casino slot technicians, arcade, and ShipShape gym service teams. You will coordinate servicing, ensure high guest service standards, and uphold safety procedures aboard the vessel.

The role requires supervisory experience, technical training, strong customer service, and the ability to lead an international team while managing schedules and disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience of slot technicians preferred.
• Formal training in repair/troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical/electronic equipment.
• Slot technician experience in live casinos preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with guests.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests and coworkers to resolve issues.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to count currency quickly and accurately; basic math proficiency.
• Familiarity with HR policies; capable of coaching and disciplining staff.
• Experience leading an international team; motivational and developmental skills.
• Proficient with computers and software (e.g., Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate slot machine, arcade, and gym equipment servicing teams.
• Ensure guests receive courteous and professional service.
• Enforce safety rules and operating procedures across the team.
• Communicate with department heads to resolve operational issues.
• Manage scheduling and performance for a diverse, international staff.
