Royal Caribbean Group seeks a capable Cash Desk Manager to oversee cash handling operations aboard our guest-facing venues. The role requires supervisory experience, meticulous cash control, and a focus on guest service excellence.

You will lead an international team of cashiers, ensure accurate reconciliation, and cooperate with hotel and casino operations to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining compliance with policies and standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory cash handling experience in a customer contact position.
• Proven customer service skills interacting with guests in a professional manner.
• Ability to count chips and paper currency quickly and accurately.
• Proficiency with basic math, Excel and Word.
• Completion of high school or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise an international team of cashiers and motivate them to perform at a high level.
• Coach and counsel staff to improve performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Perform cash reconciliations and prepare related reports.
• Utilize software such as Excel and Word for daily operations.
