Royal Caribbean Group seeks a Guest Services Officer to deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns aboard our ships. The role emphasizes proactive listening, clear communication, and a friendly, committed attitude to guest satisfaction.

Requirements include at least one year in guest-facing roles, cash-handling experience, and willingness to work 5–6 months onboard. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum one-year experience in a customer contact position within the hotel field or related industry.
• Minimum one-year cash handling experience, and an understanding of US currency and exchange rates required.
• Proven customer service skills to interact with guests in a considerate, professional and positive manner.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with guests, department heads and shipboard employees to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment, including telephones, computers and copy machines.
• Must be willing to work onboard for 5-6 months.
