Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Slot Manager to supervise and coordinate casino slot machines, arcade, and ShipShape gym equipment servicing. You will lead a diverse team and ensure guests receive courteous, professional service aboard the vessel.

The role requires supervisory experience, technical training, strong customer service, and proficient use of Excel and Word. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with an emphasis on safe, efficient operations.

Qualificações

• Supervisory experience of slot technicians in a casino environment preferred.
• Formal training in repair and troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical/electronic equipment.
• Previous slot technician experience in live casinos preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and technical drawings.
• Strong customer service skills with guests.
• Effective communication with guests and staff to resolve issues.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Accurate cash handling and slot machine math.
• Knowledge of HR policies and ability to supervise an international team.
• Familiarity with Excel and Word software.
